Our Process

With Australian property selling fast and buyers often struggling to assess their options, Jane and Henry offer you a complete, tailored solution. Our process looks like:

  1. Understanding You
    We pin down your exact needs, wants and requirements with you in an interactive and personal consultation.
  2. Appointment
    It is a legislative requirement in QLD that you complete a PO Form 6 (this form is essentially the contract between you and us).

  3. Research & Analysis
    Once we have been appointed, we will commence our research and analysis of the market and present you with options. We will provide photos, videos, and reports on each property.
  4. Negotiate
    Once you are happy with the property, we negotiate contract terms to suit your needs. We then engage your solicitor to check the contract prior to you signing.
  5. Due Diligence
    Once the contract is signed, we can recommend companies (free of charge) to conduct the building and pest inspections and any other due diligence requirements that you may wish to conduct.
  6. Pre-Settlement Inspection
    We can arrange to do a pre-settlement inspection, should you require it. If any work has been carried out prior to settlement, we are happy to check it and report back to you.

We gain an understanding of what you need, and conduct thorough research on all options available, both on and off the market.

Once you’ve found the right property, Jane and Henry negotiate and conduct inspections on your behalf, and ensure you get the best offer available. Additionally, we take no payment until settlement of the property is completed!
